my boy has a small yellow spot on his bicep... possible infection?? any feed back would be much appreciated

i dont think it would be jaundice,hes talkin about infection which leads me to believe he is injecting them

Bruise for sure! I had a similar spot on my bicep, so I had my dad check it out for me

And yes its most likely a bruise. An infection will hurt, be red, swollen, hot to the touch, possibly fever to accompany it.
