I know this is going to sound stupid but I have a couple questions and it would be great if you pros could help.
So, I just finished losing quite a bit of weight. I'm 27, 6ft. tall and weigh 184 with 14% BF. After reading several threads I see that quite a few of you are against having a newbie like me start a cycle. Why is that? Wouldn't someone like me get an even bigger boost from starting a cycle when starting of with weight lifting?
I'm sure there's a reason but I can't figure it out....
