    Bodyfat

    Any advice on which is best to shred bodyfat? Been reading alot into var/cytomel for a while now and just wondering whether to start a cycle, looking for advice before going ahead with anything or would it be best to use a supp like lipoflame rather than a cycle?? thanks

    yes thats true but the best way to build muscle is to work out intensely too but we cheat and use steroids so whats the difference he wants to know what the best thing is to use ..fat cutters are no different than steroids its just the easier way ..as for my opinion id say tren/t3..but im going to do a 6 wk trial of dnp in spring

    I like clen/t3 if you're on a cycle of something already... if not go with clen without the t3.... also an eca stack would work great 25mg ephedrine x3 daily 200mg caffeine x3 daily and 81mg (baby aspirin) x3 daily ALONG with diet + cardio obviously... cardio in the a.m. on an empty stomach = best... good luck!

    6 weeks of DNP isnt the smartest thing to do!!! obviously youre just looking for a short cut instead of using a good cutting diet and cardio..certain things can speed up the process..but running DNP for 6 weeks isnt smart..why not use a low dose of prop and some T3? I dont like clen..fukks with my cardiovascular system way too much

    yes thats true but working out can build muscles also in the long run but we choose to cheat and use steroids so whats the difference in cheating to loose fat?

    Whats your current BF%? A lot of the chemicals bodybuilders use to help cut up are ineffective if you're currently 18%+ bodyfat.

    A buddy of mine did a clen/T3 cycle at 25% BF, and didn't lose an ounce. He then decided to get into a strict diet, and dropped 20 lbs in a month.

    That's really interesting. I shed 20lbs in a month too. I changed my diet. I am currenty 8% bf. Very similar results

    6 weeks of DNP = hell ...even @ 200mg. The longest I went was for 21 days, but 6 weeks? No thanks.

    DNP scares me for 7 days, so 6 weeks of that stuff.. yikes!! But I hear its amazing with fat loss..

    id stick to cardio and weights, then do a cycle of test with t3 and clen and be done with it..

    yeah 200mg should be ok, it will just drive him crazy i bet at that long.. i tend to stay away from it cause i just dont like the idea of what its doing to my body!! I mean they made explosives from it in the 30's!! :-P why do i want that in my body!!

    I've cycled DNP twice over the past month. Yeah, I lose BF but the torture I go thru while on is beginning to seem not worth it for me. I would rather stay on strict dieting and cardio. Which I do anyway when I am not on DNP. I feel so much better physically with a clean diet and regular cardio. DNP encourages you to eat a lot of carbs to make it work. Which can skew your diet when you come off. The sheer sick feeling and heat is beginning to change my mind on DNP. The amount I sweat at night is ridiculous and I smell all of the time from the drug trying to leave my body. You get sick of sweating all of the time and people ask you if you feel ok. I do not want to explain what I'm doing so you just say you are a little sick or just hot. Most likley I will do DNP again but no more than 7 days. I stop getting results after 10 anyway. But it's like putting your life on hold for a week when you could of been eating super clean and doing a lot of cardio. Maybe it takes you 3-4 weeks with cardio and diet but I believe you are better for it. But that's just my opinion. It's not really a short cut because you suffer quite a bit while you're on and you can't do much of anything else either. You can barely work out and you are constantly being reminded by sweat and this general sick feeling in your stomach that something has entered your body that is just not right.

    One positive thing that came out of my DNP use is that I now no longer have much of a desire to even casually drink. I use to like to have a few beers or a drink socially. Mainly for business reasons though. I work in finance and everybody drinks in this business. It sucks, I know. But now I can drink a beer when needed for work but that's it, no more than 1 or less of a beer. Then I get a grapefruit juice or diet coke and nobody knows that it's not a drink. You can't drink alcohol on DNP so it seems that it took my desire away to even drink a little? That's a good thing that I experienced so I am not saying DNP is all negative.

    I am not saying do not do DNP. I know it works. I think it makes sense for a bodybuilder to lose that last 3-5lbs of bf a few months out. But if you think you are going to take DNP to drop 20, 30 or more lbs in a month, forget about it. You would have to be on 400-600mgs ed for 30-60 days to drop that kind of weight. I just don't think anybody could or would want to do that. Unless you have no job, no life and you enjoy feeling like total sheet while on then have at it.

    Your buddy would not lose a lb if he was taking clen and t3 while eating the same old diet he ate that got him fat. The drugs do not shed the fat, the calorie deficit is the key.

    All AAS can help with diet is to help maintain LMB (your muscle) while cutting the bodyfat using diet and cardio.

    That is really all it helps.

    There are some other smaller things it helps with, such as activating the androgen receptor in fat cells, that tells them to shrink, however these effects are small and will not shed a lot of fat in an of itself, without cardio and diet.
