    Cycle advice

    I am doing a 10 weeks cycle, could you please advise?!?

    Week 1 - 6: 500mg of Test Cyp
    Week 7 - 10: 500mg of Test Cyp (monday and Friday)
    + 200mg of Test P (wednesday and sunday)
    + 200mg of Deca (thrusday)

    Doing nolva 20mg EOD.

    Week 10 - 11: HCG 500ui ED

    Week 12 start PCT with clomid and nolva

    35 years / 194pounds / 5'11"
    Lifting 5 - 6 days week + Mixed Martial Arts
