    Gym 2 times a day?

    Ok I am on break from school until Feb. 11, and I have no job so I have nothing to do. I am cuirrently on h-drol(generic halodrol) and want to work out as much as possible. I did back and cardio today, and I can't go out and drink with my friends so would it be bad to go back and do more cardio and biceps? Also if I did this should I have another shake after? And what about a meal 45 mins after? Thanks.

    I would just go once in the morning for your cardio and once in the afternoon/evening for your weight lifting. No point in working your muscles so much that they don't have time to recover.

    if your doing nothing but eating sleeping and working out you would probably only need 3-4 days for each muscle group to recover...i wouldnt go twice a day tho

    I agree, this is exactly what I do now, cardio in the morning and weights in the afternoon

    alot of new guys forget that muscles are built from resting and stuffing your face...once the stimulus to become larger is sufficient, it cannot be further amplified.

    but i dont understand why it would be wrong to work like he said back in morning and bis in afternoon. as he wouldnt be burned out and pumped all through a bi workout with waiting 8 or so hours.

    well first and formost.....giving the bi's their own workout would surely overtrain them

    bc your bi's would receive a workout during the back workout, it doesnt make much sense to go back to the gym to work the same muscle twice a day

    run 1000mg of test a day..... and 30iu of gh a day.... then you can.... just like the guys your see in the magazines.... lol...

    In the winters I don't really work so I am going 2 times a day right now.

    I'll hit chest in the morning and come back in the evening and hit tri's and do cardio.

    I'm just only there for 45 minutes each time. I've gotten good results and have shed fat pretty fast, probably just from getting my heart rate up 2 times a day.

    As long as you are taking 5-6 days between muscle groups, I don't see how it could be over training.

    EXACTLY!!!! In my opinion, if you insist on going twice a day you should do you cardio in the A.M. and weight train at night. I would not recommend training 2 coincident muscle groups in one day, but if you feel you need to be training a muscle group after your A.M. cardio, make it your Abs.
