Ok I am on break from school until Feb. 11, and I have no job so I have nothing to do. I am cuirrently on h-drol(generic halodrol) and want to work out as much as possible. I did back and cardio today, and I can't go out and drink with my friends so would it be bad to go back and do more cardio and biceps? Also if I did this should I have another shake after? And what about a meal 45 mins after? Thanks.
