    26 y/o --- 10 months back lifting

Hey guys, thought I would post up some current pics. Been back in the gym for roughly 10 months. I lifted pretty hardcore back in college, but got lazy and when I got married looked at the wedding pics and realized I had become a fat a$$. January 07 I was 243lbs and probly about 26% body fat. Now I am 240lbs and somewhere between 12 and 14% (this was with 3 point check). I will try to get some pics of me before I got back in the gym and post them up so you can see what I looked like before. I am not cutting now by the way...and haven't been for some time. I may try to start cutting again late march early april. Let me know what you guys think.

thanks man, yea the 3 point check just kinda gives me an idea of how much i am losing...not a real accurate assesment of actual % body fat. thanks for the props.
