    AS and weight loss

First of all I would like to say I have not very much knowledge of AS. I guess thats why I am newb and why Im here asking you these questions. I would also like to thank everyone if any that reply to this thread..thanks for help. Back in 2001 I was in car accident. My legs were severly broken in many places along with a shattered left arm. I have gone through 18 surgeries in the past 6 years. I have put on a large amount of weight through lack of exercise and depression due to injuries and even greater losses due to accident. I am 6'2 340lbs. I definitely do not look the weight but scale does not lie. Im use to being the athletic type. Partipated in many sports and workout atleast 3 times a week? Im feeling alot better and do alot better mentaly as well. I guess my question is, will adding a steroid to workouts help me lose some wieght and build muscle faster? or am i to big to be using a steroid because the weight you can put on? Any guidence will help and
I will study and develop my knowledge before even attempting or considering. thank you

kind of depends on stats most guys are going to say not a good idea though since your likely over 30 % body fat. most guys would recomend being at weight.

also what happened to your legs i am not sure but are they functional again like could you do weight exercsises with them?

if so i would say workout for a year straight get some good training u need to do cardio at that body fat percent get a good diet then come back and re consider.

greatly depends on state of your legs imo.

legs are functioning very well considering what they have gone through. I have been doing sets of 5 @ 350lbs. most my dr. would allow me to do but am now fully released to get at it.

Agreed. If possible you need to get that BF down with diet and cardio. Don't know what you are able to do for cardio, but there are some low impact options. May want to look at clen to help with fat burning. Just search, there's tons of info on here about how to do that.
