    Test prop, easy ?

I am currently on test prop only, everythings going well but, yesterday I did bench press for 4 sets and triceps, but today I did bench again for 3 sets after back and biceps after some of my friends tempted me too. I was wondering with prop in my system at 100mg eod, how bad was that for my chest. Ill probly take the next two days off. Any thoughts

I allow the same recovery time regardless of whether I'm on cycle or not. Not only your muscles, but your CNS needs to recover.

You think I did any damage. Just give it two days and keep going?

No doubt. Recovery is key to gains. I always allow at least 3 days between groups.

We typed the responses at the same time. Didn't see your question. Not saying you did damage. Just that you will get better results if you allow for full recovery. You will know for yourself pretty quick if you caused damage. Give it a couple days rest and see how it feels after a warmup set. If ok, then you're prob good to go.

What do you mean by damage? Do you have some existing shoulder pathology or a pec tear? If the answer is no I think you are freaking out over something that is not a very big deal. You are only talking about seven total sets of bench press in a week. Just get back to your normal training, eat some food, and forget about it. Just don't make a habit of training a body part two days in a row.

damage? if you arent physically injured then no.

the point being made is that you recover better with more time off to allow your muscles and cns to recover from the intensity of workouts.

You also recover better while on AAS than you do off

If you guys are benching everyday or every other day, you need to educate yourself on proper training. If you are going to do anything everyday in should be squatting. Having big legs and a big back will make you an impressive looking athlete. No one cares how much you bench except the kids at the local high school. If you wanna look like the idiots at the gym who are hunched over with severe shoulder problems keep benching all the time.
