i got off my test 250 cycle bout a year ago. sad. i kept most of my size but did gain a few pounds so 2 weeks ago started my cardio and now im ready for the good stuff. want a good cutting cycle but dont know if i should get bulk then cut or cut then bulk then cut again. i dont need to gain bout 10 pounds of lean mass.
im 24 6'1 230pds. have done cycles before but never a cutting cycle
good diet, chicken and vegs mainly, oatmeal in morning some fruit. need help . need advice on pct too.
let me know if i left any info out yall may need. just wanting to see what works well with others, thanks
