my diet - i'll post what I've been eating the last month, after reading a little tonight I see that it's not right at all.
Meal 1 10AM - three egg whites, 1 slice of whole wheat bread
Workout 12PM - hour and a half of lifting, 30 min cardio
Meal 2 2PM - two can's of tuna, two whole eggs
Meal 3 5PM - 4 slices of turkey, almonds
Meal 4 7PM - either grilled chicken or two cans of tuna
I work until 4am every night..... does that mean that I should spread my diet out later in the day?
