    Newbie Cycle

    I'll start with the stats....
    Male, 24, 195, 5'10" my body fat was 28% a month ago and i'm assuming it's around the same now. I was given ten mL of Deca and ten mL of Winstrol, and about 15 winstrol pills. The guy that gave it to me said that I should take the deca for three weeks, start taking the pills in the third week and then take the winstrol for the next three weeks. After everything I've read on here I haven't heard of anyone stacking these two so I thought I'd get a seccond opinion. Any help would be greatly appreceated.

    p.s. I am an athlete who is trying to gain strength, so size gains aren't really a concern of mine

    Who ever reccomended that cycle hasnt got a clue what there talking about!

    3 weeks of deca isnt ganna do anything - wont even be building up in your system till the 4th week.

    not even ganna go into the winny!

    at 28% bf your not ready for aas yet... get the bf% to less than 20% - more 15-16%.

    so basically your reccomending that I drop body fat before I do anything, trash the winstrol, and find more deca?

    BMW when i started to lift some jerk tried to sell me 100 baby aspirin saying it was stonozinol and he claimed it was to bulk up then he tried to sell me Naps (d-bol) that was miked with baby aspirin about 20-100 tabs and said it would cut me up and add bulk, luckily i knew they were fake since iv been researching about steroids long enough prior to know he was trying to screw me.......... long story short theres lots of idiots who think you should just take massive amounts of d-bol with no PCT or Anti-E's and thats enough, others will actually try and recruit people to sell stuff too just to make a quick $$$ regardless about if it harms you......... just do your research and learn for your self and learn from this forum lots of smart guys on here

    diet and cardio first - whats your diet like? post it with macros.

    then research a basic first timers course... Test only with an oral kick start.

    deca on its own is not a good choice - start researching why, and learn about the compounds your are intending to take before you go any further.

    Take some time to research beginner cycles, they don't include deca. Save it for a later cycle. Get your bf% down to about 15% and read, read, read while you tweak your diet.

    hang out in the diet section mate, and design yourself a fat loss diet plan (thats if your bodyfat is 28%).

    Do cardio each day, pref 1st thing in the morning, and if you feel you need to do more throw in another session in the afternoon/nightime.

    As people before me have said, get your bodyfat down to atleast 20%, preferably 15-16%.

    Only when all this is taken into account, and then you have feel you have reached your genetic potential then consider AAS. Deca and Winny is more of a cutting cycle. Not a strength cycle liked you wish to have. And whoever reccomended the dosages each week to you should be shot as thats some of the worst AAS advice iver ever heard.

    Hang out in the diet section, Hit the search button and do your research.

    t-bone, medium rare. I wanted to grill it but the *&$% thing was out of gas, so I broiled it. Still good though.

    my diet - i'll post what I've been eating the last month, after reading a little tonight I see that it's not right at all.

    Meal 1 10AM - three egg whites, 1 slice of whole wheat bread
    Workout 12PM - hour and a half of lifting, 30 min cardio
    Meal 2 2PM - two can's of tuna, two whole eggs
    Meal 3 5PM - 4 slices of turkey, almonds
    Meal 4 7PM - either grilled chicken or two cans of tuna

    I work until 4am every night..... does that mean that I should spread my diet out later in the day?

    mmmmm had steak yesterday, rib-eye - and followed the gordan ramsey method (irritating twat but good cook!)

    done in a hot pan, little nut oil, a little salt and a load of ground pepper, 3.5min each side, then add a little butter 1min from the end.. place it on its back so the fat melts down the side.. then let rest for a min...

    was amazing! damn, y dont i have a 24 hour butcher near me!!

    yeah way 2 much tuna for starters...

    and you need more meals

    i just now seen this post.. and that guy who said for you to do that cycle needs pimp slapped a few times.. i hate people who tell people this is what you should do when they dont know jack.. its what gives steroids a horriable name.. people who dont know what the f there doing..

    dude i dont think you have near enough winny to really do much with it right now..

    deca yeah u have some but you need test man!

    and and diet first before taking anything 28% is too much and use anabolics right now.. need to lose some of that first..

    tuna is high in mercury, go easy on it, have plain chicken breast, leans meats like steak and eat other kinds of fish like talapia and haddock....... and dont get that Gordan's fisherman deep fried fish either i had one idiot think that deep fried fish was healthy cus it was fish
