u should be drinking alot of water regardless if ur "on" an animal pak or not.. I carry around a gallon o aqua all day with me. (when no ones watching I also do curls with it to PUMP ME UP!!) haha jk bout that last part.

U should be drinking alot pre, during, and post workout.. when ur already dehydrated is already too late.. thats why u drink thru out day bro.. its like preventative matienence. (spelling?? i hate that word)
best of way utilitzing it? They say most vitamins are best absorbed when taken with food but then theres always supps that u cant mix with some diary products like zinc.. just take it the same way each day and eventually ull become AN ANIMAL!!! on an animal pak!
bottom line: if u wanna gain muscle FAST there is only one way to do that.and i think u got a pretty good idea what that is. i wouldnt recommend it to u thou. good luck mah bro.

Dude it's just fricking vitamins! It's not magical pills! I've been taking 2 paks a day for years, one pak with my first meal in the evening, I work nights, and one pak with my pre-workout meal in the a.m. You'll know if your not drinking enough water because if your not you will piss a neon green.
He will piss neon green even if he does drink alot of water. However, that piss should just be the 1st one after u ingest them. The following pisses should gradually lighten up..
to answer vots question id have one RIGHT after workout, wait 30-40 min then have 5 gramz of glutimane
I've been out of the loop on the supplements these days for quite a while and really can't help you there. What works for me though is at least one gallon of water throughout the day prior to workout. Carbs to a bare minimum. High rep workouts and cardio, cardio, cardio. I also drink a cup (16oz) of coffee before working out.
There was a guy who actually died from drinking too much water. Made national news. I didn't get the #'s on how much, but 3 gallons might be gettin close. Did anyone else hear this? Don't want to rip your thread man but i think it is important.
I was about to say that bro!! 3 gallons MUST be getting dangerously close.. bc you wash away all ur electrolytes n shit...3 gallons is way too much i think. a gallon is fine per day.
You are right, it's closer to 2.5, just figured it out. I have 3 x 20ozs. before work = 60ozs., 9 X 25ozs(big ass cup) at work 10 hrs. I try to drink one every hour= 225ozs., then about 40ozs after work, during workout etc. for a grand total of 325ozs. or 2.54 gallons.

honestly I dont really know however i bet you'd feel exactly the same if u drank one gallon per day. I hope your job dosent involve speaking or answering the phone, because you must always have this massive cup to ur mouth!! lol

now remember, you fill this cup up ALL THE WAY to the top, every time u refill it? to the point its spilling over? thats the only accurate way of determining this phenomenon... and r u SURE of the measurement in oz. of this "cup"? Id buy a gallon o water at the store, and see how u do on it. THis is in effect the only accurate way of which to judge samcams water consumption.

Funny but it is an old shaker cup from bb.com and has the mesurements on the outside in increments of 5 ozs., actually I fill it at the water cooler and take a huge chug and fill it again to the top, I have 6 throughout the night along with 1 each of 3 breaks to force all the food down, it may be extreme but at least I know I'm getting enough! Then outside of work I use the same 20oz. bottled water and just refill it.
