    Hey! Im Preston!

Well everyone i have never been to a site like this and i am too happy to have come across it while searching and reading on steroids. i think this site will have much to offer and plenty of expertise on anything i would like to know. well i guess a little about me is im 5'8 180 pounds. Im a 2x state champion in wrestling and oplaced in state in track and cross country a number of times.

Now to get to the good stuff. I have personally never really lifted weights before. i mean i know plenty about it but i have never trained. my dad for wrestling i have done plenty of plyometric excercises and im ungodly strong when it comes to grabbing someone. i'm really into the mma(mixed martial arts) scene as well but i want to get a little biger but stay cut. on weights im not that strong i maxed out this weekend for the first time in 4 years. i bench pressed 275 and i weighed 178. i will admit i have incredible genetics being my dad is a beast. he is naturally built liek me but he works out allllllllllll the time.

i was really looking for some type of steroid to cut me back up. i have gained a quite a bit of weight on creatine AND pounding back protein now for a few months. but i have been researching winstrol but still dont know. i would like to show you a couple pictures of me and tell me what you think would be best for me to get leaner and a little bigger the last picture where im standing against my dorm desk i was cutting hard to make weight. im now 22 pounds heavier meaning my and abs do not show quite as well lol.

Remember guys your talking to a guy who eats like crap and lifts rarely....i have never even taking a supplement besides this cell tech and muscle milk i have aquired for a couple months now! im a newbie so take it easy on me lol

thats why i joined this board becasue i do want to take advantage of it. i just need so much help you have no idea. i dont really know anyone who lifts alot either or who can point me in the right directions. btw i will post some pics i took tonight bc all these pics up are about 3 months old. i have been working out a little bit for about 2 months now. nothing major just some basics.

The picture below is of me tonight... the other pics like i said are about 3 - 7 months old. hence im tan from the summer in some of those pics. but now that i look at it it looks like i have grown some. also i was cutting mad weight for wrestling here in college. i was 157 pounds cutting from 180 and now im back to 180 just about.....

Why would u want to start taking gear when u admit u rarely even work out? What good do u think its going to do? It does not work miricles...u need proper diet, proper training, learn about pct's, and a lot more research before u even consider taking any juice.

well its like this. i know how to workout and i have wrestled my entire life so hard work and discipline is nothing but a thing to me.And as far as dieting goes...i know more about dieting than the average person by far. i have cut more than 20 pounds in a week....and maintained. You would be surprised what wrestling pushed you to do if you have never done it then you have no idea.i do workout but its more of pushing my body to the max without weights, i love dips, pushups, im a pull up finatic, and i do vertical push ups without a wall. i was gymnast for several years as well and my main routine is parallel bars and rings.so i think thats where i get a lot of my natural strength from. i really want to juice because i want real results. why should i waste hundreds of dollars on protein, creatine, no-explodes, all these gnc pills when i can get real legit (gear, juice, roids, steroids, illegal substances) whatever you want to call it for the same price and work hard. i have researched a good bit but i just haven't put in the time lifting and pumping iron like i've started to. thanks!

oh and i jpined this site to learn thats the main reason im here..... im just new and looking to educate myself thats all. and if you would like to maybe suggest a routine i should start out with that would be awesome!

I would recommend removing your face from pictures. I would also remove your family from pictures. Better safe than sorry.

Welcome. And I personally hate your family...you guys have a huge head start on the rest of the world. Take full advantage of the gift you've been given.

Eat lift sleep...people here say it over and over, but that's it. Check out the lean bulking diets in that forum...propose a diet, and let the more knowledgeable members tweak it for you.

I have one question. How can you wrestle in college and not work out?

there we go removed! and thanks for hating my family haha. i guess its the italian in me. but judging from your picture (crossroads) you look pretty big. but i sit here and read some peoples testimonials where they have done a couple cycles and their max bench is like 275-300 and they weigh 170-190 and all that stuff. i dont get why they arent any stronger. today for kicks in weightlifting class i decided to see what i could get up. i benched 305 cleanly and weighed 177 and thats not lifting like half the people do on this board do. i dont get it??????? are genetics that big of a deal!!???

You're blessed with genetics. Stay confident, maybe even a little reserved arrogance won't hurt, but don't get cocky.

Your background in gymnastics helps with your strength. Also pretty much every wrestler I know knows how use every muscle in their body to its potential.

I ask my original question again. How are you on a college wrestling team and not lifting weights?

I'd reccommend getting in the gym pretty quickly.

Well i mean we do lift occasionly but its not like were a football team. were much more with plyometrics such as buddy carries using out partners weight alot.....we do alot of kettle bells and its really an intense workout. we do alot of circuit training such as using a 45 pound dumbell and doing tons of excercises with it. ive been doing things like that for years unknown. ever since i was little my dad had me doing some type of excercise rather it be running holding dumbells. to pulling out gutted out junk car around our fields. i am a farm boy to so hard work is anything but hard.im not saying i have never pushed myself because i have i can promise you that but i just never had someone push me in a weightroom or show me a routine.
