    Tren Acetate Drying Elbows Out

I have a buddy who is starting his 4th week of a Test E, Tren A cycle and has started complaining about how sore his elbows have been getting especially after arm day. He is trying to get a hold of some deca to help lubricate, do you guys have any other suggestions? I have heard about glucosomine but I’m not sure how effective it is. Also what dose of deca will be effective for lubricating these joints?

Bro that sounds like tendonitis...Glucosamine will help also some ibuprofen before and after training...deca at 400mgs a week will suffice.

This is crazy. I'm doing the same thing as your friend(dosages might be different), even on the same week. I'm having the same problem. Started taking ibuprofen 1 hour before workout and that helped. If it doesn't change soon i'll have to do something else as well.

What exactly does the ibuprofen do ? I'm going to try that out tommorow, my joints are starting to feel tender on prop/tren.

Pain reliever. I also use biofreeze. It's like a ben-gay only better imo.
