just out of curiousity i like to c how many bros out here have actually used them and wat kind of experience did u have. Please note the drug taken, the lenght of treatment and the severity of the case of deppression and also please note if u were on steroids at a time

I bought 5-HTP which I intend taking during PCT if I feel depressed as Iv heard people say.
Dont know how effective they are as Im not depressed.
Only time I feel depressed is after an extremely heavy night out.
Havent had one of them in a while luckily.
Occasionally if Iv a massive hangover I might take 5 or 10mg of Valium.
Calms down the twitches and nervous, jumpy feeling - but as I said it would need to be a serious partying done to get that bad.

ps I dont suggest Valium for depression-Im just saying what works for me.
