i aint really used steroids all that much through out my life... ( im only 25 mind ! )


but!!

ive used cyp, sus, and dianabol in the past and all three have given me huge problems with acne after a few weeks

lots of yellow heads all over me back and chest tha take ages to go after ive finished cycle..


one time i stopped cycle due to spots...

at moment im ona course of sus, deca and androlic 50mg which i know will probs cause acne problems..

im only into week 2 though


any suggestions on how to keep the spots down?

ive got 60 tabs of noveldex ( 10mg ) on stand by aswell...

Well for starters dont take nolva with the deca... Will increase prog and related sides..

How many times a day do you shower? Try 3 times per day.
Try light sessions on sunbeds..
Use nizoral shampoo on ya back..

Last resort.. accutane.

Any other guys got some suggestions?

he's correct about not taking nolva with deca but in addition nolva can further aggravate acne in acne prone people because it's an estrogen. Likely you are getting estrogen sides from your gear, try taking an AI along with it. That should help a lot.
