I could not beleive the scale....I am starting my fourth week tomorrow and I am up 11lbs. I weighed like 186 when I started, I was 197 this morning. That seems like a lot in one week. My eating has been clean, but maybe not enough calories. I have slacked the last few days. Workouts are intense as usual, but this morning my shoulders were pumped, burnin like a mofo. They swelled up huge just during my workout. I think the juice is finally kicking in in the gym. But holy shit, 11 lbs! I does not seem like fat, so i figure it is water, and muscle.
