First cycle question?

I will be running test e 500mg and deca 450mg. I will be running the test two weeks longer, my question is "How long to run the deca?". I orginally planned on 10 weeks of deca and 12 weeks of test but that will leave me with 3weeks worth of deca left over. Should i extend to 13 weeks deca and 15 weeks test or save it for later? I have been planning this cycle for a long time and had the gear on hand too. Waiting has been hard but i want to do this right. Any replies appreciated. Thanks

if you wanna do this right....drop the deca for your first cycle and only run the test ONLY at 2cc (500mg) per week.....then you will see how you react to that...if you run more compounds and start to get sides you wont know which one is causing it.

Very true.. although im sure you, like most guys will go ahead and run the deca...

Whats ya age, stats, gym experience?

you should run 400mg of deca for 11 weeks, then just save the rest.
450 is a random #, where did u get that idea?

I have heard from several boards that running test and deca on the first cycle is very acceptable. I am 22, 6’4’’, 265@ 17% body fat. I have been training for about 6 years through football and other sports. The sports are gone and now I just want to build myself bigger. Bench 325, Squat 440. The deca is dosed at 300mg per ml and I am shooting for 2 mgs per lb of lean body mass. .75ml will be 450 a week

Since you asked for our opinion i'll first agree with the statement from theboss. Just cause you got a 6 pack doesn't mean you have to drink it all.

your size and strength is already up there so if i were you and was looking to add muscle and strength during the offseason then stop for the rest of the season i would stack 500mgs of test enth or cyp with 400mgs of deca a week. were did you come up with the 450mgs of deca a week? hopefully you dont have the 50mgs/ml deca because thats alot of injections for your first cycles. even though d-bol will really help you here i would stay away from any oral during your first cycle. make sure your calories are high enough and try to consume around 350-400 grams of protein a day because without protein you wont grow

Anyone have comments on the original question: How long to run the deca? 10 weeks or 13 weeks? Both options include 2 additional weeks of test after the deca.
