With the mentioned cycle, what kind od strenght gains, in ur experience, would a person be looking at and how much of that will you keep after cycle and pct?

diet dictates gain retention.
w/o doses or run time, or cycle history its impossible to predict any outcome.
25% bf is pretty high to be touching test, deca and dbol
Try a mix of diet, cardio and patience.
Thats what i am wanting to do, just trying to get myself motivated in informing myself with possible results. Apreciate everyone info and am taking it 2 hart. U guys have been at ths alot longer that i have and thats y i joined this forum.
on pushing exercises such as bench, you can expect a strength increase of 3.5 to 23%, however on pulling exercises the gains will more likely be 2.7 to 21%.
