I’m not talking about your 12-16 week cycle I mean more like 20-30 week cycles. I’m looking for guys with personal experience here:
Did you gain continuously thought-out your cycle?
What was your cycle (including dosage)

Ive ran cycles longer then that and it was a struggle to keep gains coming. Much better off getting your diet waaaay in check before you do a 12 weeker, I mean when you are primed to the max. Figure what compounds you want to run and give it 100% on those 12 weeks, after a short while your body adapts so imo your wsting your health and $$$.

Yeah I've been on for quite awhile and once your receptors are saturated you really don't see gains like when your fresh.
I agree with the above, but staying on something like 500mg of test will keep the gains coming a hell of a lot faster than being natural. Speaking from experience.
Lots of health issues with a 20-30 week cycle. go all out on a 12 weeker and you will see the gians you want
Were your doses lower on a longer cycle? Or did they compare to what you would have used in a 12 weeker?
you hit a wall usually and thats when you either change and up the doses or add slin. i have run very long cycles and i have run your normal 12-16 week cycles and i perfer the 12-16 weekers any day. the only people that should even consider running a cycle year round is someone competing. its horrible on your body and belive me you will not gain 5lbs a week forever.
I did a 16 week and it was pretty harsh for me. The pct that is...
i ran a cycle upwards of 22-25 weeks. Gains tapered off around week 15. Basically, i wasted a ton of gear, and made it more difficult to recover. But it wasn't an issue for me really... just wish i would have cut it short.
14 - 16 week cycles seem to work the best for me, followed by a clomid free, anthony robert's pct.
