    Dianabol help?

    Hey, i will be starting a 5 week dianabol cycle (yes alone i no this is a bad idea) at WEEK 1: 20MG...WEEK 2: 30MG...WEEK 3: 40MG...WEEK 4: 30MG.....WEEK 5: 20mg

    Then for my pct i will be doing Clomid week6: 100mg...week7: 50mg....week8: 50mg.

    i will be getting in 3500 calories..iam 5'9 175lbs...iam 22 and i will be eating alot of whole wheat bread.. eggs...chicken...steak..fish...nighttime protein shakes... cytogainer as well.

    I would appreciate any advice you guys can give me.

    Well, you already know it's a bad idea, are you sure you want advice? You will just get dozens of posts telling you it's a bad idea, and you already know that.

    Bad idea. You'll most likely experience water bloat, possibly symptoms of gyno seeing as you don't have any other ancilleries on hand and your PCT is not sufficient. Do you have your diet mapped out and are already eating big now? AAS may increase your appetite BUT you need to train your body to eat a whole lot more before cycle (this will also help you to grow naturally in which you probably aren't doing right now.)

    yeah so could u recommend a good pct for me then? and shouldn't i have some nolvadex on hand incase during the cycle.....

    and i was thinking about changing my workout to 1 body part a day and going very heavy sounds good??

    well since you already know its a bad idea..guess you dont need any advice b/c you choose not to listen to what you know..oh well..enjoy the bloat

    Well bro, you should def throw some test in there for 10-12 weeks and let the dbol act as ur kickstart instead. But, if this is what you chose to do i would reccomend a 6 week pct which would include nolva (20 mg/day for 6 weeks), aromasin(20-25 mgs/day for 5 weeks) and optional hcg(500 iu/day for 3 weeks), maybe some vitamin e. What everyone else think about that? sufficient?

    njord...then what would u recommend because i got that pct off another cite.... and also is it better to split up my doses of dianabol throughout the day or take all of it 2hrs before my workout?

    tapering is outdated and not sufficient imo. and your gonna lose almost everything you gain on that cycle, dbol alone puts on crap weight.

    It is overkill.

    Its the Anthony Roberts PCT and its better suited for a heavier longer cycle where your nuts shrink to the size of dimes. IMO lighter cycles can get away with lighter PCT. Its not like he's running any hard hitting 19-nors or anything...

    I ran a dbol only cycle 40mg for 5wks. Never again. Sure it was great strength, I blew up 20lbs and really was pushing the weight. But... major bloat even though diet in check. And it was'nt just water either. It took me 2mo. to trim the 2" of fat I put on and really after all said and done it was not worth it. Gained nothing in the end.

    But I had to try it.
