About to start cutting and i'm trying to figure out how much time to give myself. Assuming diet and cardio are on point how long should it take to go from 14% to 10% body fat.

    My Stats:
    Height - 5'8''
    Weight - 210lbs
    Waist - 35''
    Chest - 48''
    Arms - 17''

The Diet is in the works and I will post it when I finish it. Should be able to get in done within the next few days. Is 50p/35f/15c a proper cutting ratio?

Here is the diet I plan to cut with. I did some research and read through a lot of posts and this is what I came up with. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm 5'8'', 210lbs, 14% Bodyfat.

    4:30 A.M.
    7 Egg Whites/8oz Skim Milk/Whole Wheat Toast
    316 Cals - 37 Pro - 2 Fat - 35 Carb

    7:00 A.M.
    6oz Chicken Breast
    1oz Almonds
    357 Cals - 45 Pro - 17 Fat - 5 Carb

    10:00 A.M.
    6oz T-Bone Steak
    5oz Broccoli
    316 Cals - 41 Pro - 12 Fat - 10 Carb

    1:00 P.M.
    6oz Chicken Breast
    2 Tbsp Natural PB
    397 Cals - 47 Pro - 18 Fat - 6 Carb

    4:00 P.M.
    2 95% Lean Beef Pattys
    5oz String Beans
    326 Cals - 46 Pro - 10 Fat - 10 Carb

    6:00 P.M. - 7:30 P.M. - Workout

    7:30 P.M. - PWO
    2 Scoops Whey
    1 Banana
    345 Cals - 49 Pro - 2 Fat - Carb 33

    8:00 P.M. - PPWO
    6oz Chicken Breast
    1/2 6'' Yam
    319 Cals - 40 Pro - 2 Fat - Carb 30

    10:30 P.M.
    1.5 Tbsp Flax Seed Oil
    1 Scoop Casein Protien
    315 Cals - 23 Pro - 22 Fat - 4 Carb

    DAILY TOTAL
    2691 Cals - 328(49%) Pro - 85(28%) Fat - 133(20%) Carb

*Carbs may seem high but I read in a few posts that veggies such as string beans and broccoli don't count toward the total. So the true count for carbs would only be 113, which is roughly 15% of total calories for the day. I also made sure the total saturated fat was between 15 - 20 grams a day. I tried to keep it as low as I could.

honestly, i think you need more carbs. i tell a lot of people this, and i think it applies to you. you don't want to start a diet out and be too low on the cals. this will only provide you with a loss in strength and possibly mass. it really looks like you know what you're doing and i appreciate the time you've put into this and the discipline you have shown already. but i really think you need just a little more carbs and a great place to put them would be pre workout. you are eating half of a sweet potato in your PPWO meal, i would say go ahead and eat the other half in your pre workout meal. in reality those carbs are just going to help you fuel a better workout anyway. that is a solid diet man, but the addition of those carbs early can help you gauge your intake down the road. and by the way if you can really stick to it and bust your butt in the gym and with cardio. shouldn't take you 6-8 weeks.
