Looking to run my first cycle

400mg test. e for 12 weeks

PCT nolvadex 20/20/20/20

im 5 10 180lbs

would including winstrol at the end of the cycle be recommended for a beginner user or no?

cycle looks good for a first cycle. i wouldnt add in the winstrol.
your PCT is a little weak, try and get you hands on some clomid.

i was considering a 40/40/20/20 nolva cycle

what would you suggest if i went with clomid?

They suck and I want to see big changes, even if they somehow made the playoffs they would get destroyed by the 1st place team. I was a huge leaf fan until 2001 now I just like the team for the memories.

i figured if i went with something heavy like test c, deca, dbol, etc;

then id go with clomid at large amounts

or would i be fine with a nolva cycle which requires a lot less to produce the same results

would it be reasonable to keep arimidex on hand for gyno issues?

run a test 400mg per week for 12 weeks

then clomid 300mg day 1
days 2-28 100mg day

What's your diet like? You need to make sure it is bulletproof before you start a cycle.

They're so close that 2x/week injections don't make any difference.
