im 19 years old i use to wrestle nowim stoping to lift weights. Imabout 5 foot 6 140 pounds. Ive been lifting weights since i was about 13 i lift probly 5 times a week. All of my friends take D-BOLS and im about to get Dbols and DECA. I dont know how to take it or how to stack them. im sure you here this from newbs all the time but im just looking for a little help thank you.

This in all is a bad idea. First off you probably dont know how to eat right (as in properly bulking for maximum muscle gains) Most wrestlers are always dieting DOWN to make weight class. If you start using AAS and not knowing how to eat properly then your gains are going to suck. Get your body used to intaking LOTS of food, talking from experience...its hard to eat that much when first starting out. NEXT, that cycle sucks. What you need to do is research DECA ONLY on here and find out why, this has been beaten to death a million times. Focus on diet right now not anabolics!

the only difference is when they stop the dbol they will shrink back down where as you'll keep growing.
