Is Ephedrine legal in the US again?

I know it was banned a couple years ago but someone told me it is legal again.

I heard the same thing and I have gotten various answers. I heard it is but you just can't buy it??? I'd like to know the real answer to.

Anybody have a favorite? I looked around Bodybuilding dot com and only got one ephedra product which contained Ephedra Viridis... I'm not sure what that is. I checked AR-R and only found ephrdra free supplements but the search feature doesn’t seem to work.

Some people are still confused here, so let’s provide some clarity. In the spring of ’05 Nutraceutical fought the Eph ban in Utah’s Federal District Court and had the ban overturned IN THAT STATE ONLY. The following summer (’06) a federal appeals court upheld the FDA ban, effectively re-establishing it throughout the country. However, there was a caveat, the ‘06 ruling permitted the sale of Eph products as long they contained less than 10mgs, which is why gas stations and drug stores can still carry low dosed products.

Of course, as indicated above, anything can be purchased on the web and the ban doesn't make Eph illegal (for users)...just for sellers.

You can buy it at any pharmacy without a perscription, you just need to be of age with an ID, just ask for Bronkaid. They regulate the amount they sell though, so don`t go in with a wheelbarrel and expect to fill it.
