Hey i got a question regarding acceleration...
Im training in the uk for soccer and want to get back into semi-professional level.
I last played 4yrs ago, but a knee injury kept me out...Im now 24 i used to have really good acceleration by training over distances of 20-40yrds until my legs could not take anymore. now i try to use routines but cant get anywhere near my old speed.
was wondering if anyone could help me with a program?
