    glutamine 5g oir 10?

    ia had an argument with a friend who says that all u need is just 5 grams per day and not 10 of gluatmine.so is it 5 or 10 grams?

    for what? i don't use any pure glutamine.

    Unless we're talking IV drip, 5 grams is useless...10 grams is practically useless.

    glutamine has its benefits but the questions is.......which is actually more effective IV or drinking it in? alot of the case studies promoting glutamine are for burn victims and they are being given glutamine Intravenously, not sure how much the liver destroys when taken orally but i am sure others will be chiming in here soon with that answer.

    i atke in 10 grams,,, but i only take it in for enhanced immune reasons,, i'd assume if your affter recovery the dose can go up to 30grams,, split throughout the day

    never heard about taking glutamine iv..

    I take 20g of Glutamine about 4 times a week. Glutamine supports your immune system and intestinal integrity, among many other things.

    15 mgs is about the standard dose for DOMS
