after WO right befoe cardio..... basically what you said...... depending how low youre cals are,, even inbetweenmeals might help,, but i'd only do that if i was going super low.. anorexia style low
HAHA gotcha. Yea i am going on a roughly 2100 cal diet (normally i consume around 2700+) so i just wanted to be sure WHEN to take it.

the dosing i did last year b4 summer was,,,, befor bed,,, wake up( i did morning cardio),, during weights and one more before cardio

15g total and sip it before/during/after your workout. not really necessary around cardio, but if you want a few grams go ahead. be sure to have a meal after your cardio, as soon as you feel comfortable.
