    After cutting cycle

    Hi just finishing the last week of my cutting cycle, the question is how should my diet be going into pct because i have gained muscle on my cycle.....

    so does that mean i should up my calories in pct to help keep the muscle gained? But dont want to put on any unwanted b.f.

    going into a calorie deficite while in pct is the last thing u want

    ^^^Agreed, will be extremely difficult to salvage any gains.

    if you were gaining on a cutting cycle. and you are starting pct. i would keep my calories where they are. if they are above your maintenance level then you should be ok.
