Hey all, got me a case of jumpers knee!![]()
Happened about 8 months ago, it was strange because I dont play soccer or baseball or any sports that require sudden changes in direction in which jumpers knee injuries are associated with. I was just jogging at a cool pace then like a knife under the knee owwwwwwwwwwwww.
The doc told me just take it easy it will heal itself, Well I quit jogging for about 3-4 months and it felt allot better, just started jogging a little and back to the same, i can really feel it under my knee again when I get close to a squat stance.
So any ways to get that sucker to regrow faster? Anyone had experience with this kin dof injury and medicating it? I was thinking hGH or igf maybe? (local igf injections?)
I am getting called into paratrooper tryouts here in 4 months so need to be able to take the impact! And can not give up running any more at this point or I wont make the cut..
thanks guys.

best option is to go here fella is the injuries forum get a lot more advice than here. but im not sure if it will ever come back to its original strength best to try and rest it as much as possible keep ice on it aswel to help with the healing (i think dont quote me)
