hey guys, im definitely considering doing clen soon and im thinking of stacking t3 but dont really understand the benefit of adding t3- can anyone explain. and if i go the two week on/two week off method would this apply to t3 as well ?

Normally when you cycle clen you would do so for about 3 weeks. This is because after about 3 weeks or so your body gets used to the clen so it loses its effect. At this point you would go off the clen for the same amount of time (3 weeks). This is when you would start the t3 for about 3 to 4 weeks using the same ramp up method as you did the clen. Then when you are done with this cycle, you would start the clen again for another 3 to 4 weeks. Sorry for the long reply. Hope this helps.
