ok, so i have been dieting with a lot of cardio and natural lifting and i am starting clen/t3 tomarrow morning, but, i also wanted to ask a question. i see you dudes that are big, havin ripped abs. i was just waundering what techniques you guys use? i am at 220 6'1 and i am wanting this cut cycle to get me down to about 195-200lbs. but i also wanna start working on my abs. any help would be sweet, and yes i already know crunches and sit-ups. thanks in advance,
