    Just wondering

Im a person whos is able to grow muscle fast . On the other hand I am able to drop weight but not on a faster pace compared to gaining weight.
I would like to know in what category do I fall in.

Endomorph or Ecto,I have this a bit confused.

start with a simple macro break down and tweak it as neccessary to see desired results
    you could start w/ a 40/40/20 or 45/35/20 Protein/carbs/fat split

exactly. and once you begin using a diet you can experiment around every couple of weeks to see what works best for you in terms of energy and maybe strength gain or fat loss, which ever you are seeking. don't forget to post up a diet when you get your macros figured out and your appropriate food choices.

Step 1: take your calculator and scale out.
Step 2: Lay out all the food you eat per day
Step 3: en masse, weigh the foods individually
Step 4: go to calorie-count.com (or any nutritional break-down site)... and calculate your total kcal/macro count per serving of each food... multiplied by the number of servings your currently ingesting.

    Or you could work backward:

    Step 1: Calculate your TDEE/BMR.
Step 2: select a macro split [40/40/20 or otherwise as suggested by Tai]
Step 3: work out your required macros based on your TDEE/BMR multiplied by the percentage alloted to each specific macronutrient [i.e. TDEE x .40 = protein etc.]
Step 4: Calculate the amount [in grams] you need to ingest per meal
Step 5: Go to calorie count.com and work out the amount of food you need per sitting.

Or.. [easiest step] you could hire someone to do it all for you.

    Thanks bro,
Yeah I went online to find some help and did a calculation withmy BMR.
If Im not mistaking my maintanance calorie intake is 2600.
I reduced this number by 500 so it equaled to 2100 Calories to cut weight.
I assume that from there if I eat 7 meals a day it would be equal to at least 300 cal per meal.
Please help me out here if I am wrong or if I am on the right track

Your TDEE/BMR depends on variables as in Age, Height, Sex, Body Fat etc.
You can get an easy calculation via Harris-Benedict formula or Katch-McArdle Formula.

Next step is to calculate the macro breakdown of you meals(nutrients) you can visit a website like calorie king to calculate it.
