Been out of the supplement market for quite some time now. Just basically been training naturally for the last 2 years. Haven't taken anything really besides protein and some no-xplode recently.
Since I've been out of the rat race for alittle while now I was just wondering if anyone knows if there's any supplements out there that counteracts the low test production and catabolic effects (can't remember the scientific term for it) that occur during a workout?
