It's obvious you've been studying, but I have a couple of questions and comments:
What was your first cycle and results?
- Lifting looks good, but first cycle changes and retention will reveal a lot about your program. Work is supplemental, and doesn't mimic the training environment, because of this many movers & construction workers hit the gym as well.
- PCT is overkill...research your needs here, and again consider first cycle.
- 5k cals for a 2k BMR is superfluous, especially if cutting is the goal...let your body be the barometer rather than an arbitrary number of cals. The amount should be contingent upon what you learned in the first cycle.
