    Setup for 2nd cycle! (start 3 months)

    Anyways, I am droping down from 180lb, in the last 8 days I have got from 180 to 171lb or so. Trying to get cut up for summer and lean out with this cycle I have planned.

    Anyways 5'9/M/171lb Hardcore pumps for the last 2 years forsure, before that abit of push up and bow-flex.

    3 years of hard fast work at work, lifting walking.. and digging and so on.

    Here is my plan.

    Test C 500MG 1-12wks
    D-Bol - 30-40mg a day 1-3WKS(maybe 4)

    TREN E - 250MG 1-8

    PCT - Abit rough I hear alot of Clomid but not really up for that.

    SO...

    Novla 40mg 1-4wk 20mg 4-6wk
    HCG 500UI - 1-3WKS...?
    Amorasin - 25mg a day 1-4WKS
    Vit E 1000UI A DAY 1-6WKS

    Plus I have bromo, and hoping to get some letro?

    Diet is at 2200 right now cause of cutting, my BMR is 2000, So when on this cycle I plan on hitting 4000 before even starting cycle and hopfully 5000cals by the 2 weeks in.

    Gym time

    5 day Iron with 30min cardio
    my two days off cardio 45min and abs?

    And I know you are all going to SAY POST YOUR DIET IN DIET thread, But as of today I am not thinking to much on that yet, maybe in 2months I will plan my meals!

    Please let me know, changes and all.. I will take it in!

    It's obvious you've been studying, but I have a couple of questions and comments:

    What was your first cycle and results?
    • Lifting looks good, but first cycle changes and retention will reveal a lot about your program. Work is supplemental, and doesn't mimic the training environment, because of this many movers & construction workers hit the gym as well.
    • PCT is overkill...research your needs here, and again consider first cycle.
    • 5k cals for a 2k BMR is superfluous, especially if cutting is the goal...let your body be the barometer rather than an arbitrary number of cals. The amount should be contingent upon what you learned in the first cycle.
    • Yeah, bf would help us here.

    Well man, I was trying to say that I am burning cal at work, But other then that. I have a workout set now different then I will have at that time.

    But here a idea of what my 5 days will be like....

    Day 1 - Legs
    Day 2 - Chest/ Bi-cep
    Day 3 - Tri-cep/ Shoulders/ TRAP
    Day 4 - Back/ Forearms
    Day 5 - Bi-cep/ Ti-cep (High reps) WITH Morn cardio
    Day 6 Cardio ab
    Day 7 CARDIO ABS

    Every day will have cardio, but the days I am in the gym will only have 30mins.

    Reason for high cals is when hit the Roids I will need this...
    And BF% was 9% way back , Now maybe 15%. Trying to cut up so that should fall down,
    like I said I have dropped 10LB or so in 8 days. And my eating is about 80% clean, and on track.

    What I mean about on track is Eating good but not stopping at the cal that I should be. like instead of intaking 1800 I am intaking 2400.

    So from there on that is were I sit

    Get you calories up before cycle, start 4 wks before. Run the Tren the last 6wks of your cycle.
    If you are going to do a day of just arms I wouldn't do arms the other two days.
    If you really want to hit your arms do them on Day 1 or your workout.
    I know you are trying to cut, but your body still needs to rest, I would drop one of the cardio only days so you have a day to recover.

    Nice work you have been reading. My input drop the tren. anthoney roberts pct minus the hcg.
