i guess my biggest question, if i cant lift weights, what workout can i do without using weights? I can workout every morning but cant go to a gym

Workout like the Military does, anything with physical effort is a workout, run, do calisthenics, swim, lift various heavy objects, get a steel rod and 2 empty paint cans, fill one with cement, insert rod, let it dry, fill the other one, insert other end, enjoy!

thats the kinna stuff ive been doin since i was ike 14 when i dont have access to a gym and im away. I get crazy and start lifting objects lol..Tvs..heavy suitecases etc will work

every religion takes tithes in some form, that's what pays for the church/temple/mosque and the staff. mormons believe that a guy named Joseph Smith found ancient tablets in America that were left by Jesus somehow and they supposedly have a while new mormon bible from it. Also, MANY mormons believe in polygamy and the mormon communities - especially in Utah - are extremely oppresive.

wrong, the immaculate conception was nothing to do with jesus but with mary. when they refer to the immaculate conception in the bible its about how mary was born from her mother that was already past menopause but still had a baby...had to chime in and correct b/c im catholic as well
