    cancun in june and want cut up...help?!

    So im going to cancun in june, which is only 3 months away!
    i'm a 175 lbs and am gaining excellent results from winstrol and equipoise stacked.

    BUT...im still needing to shed some fat on the sides (love handles) so to speak, ya well they dnt seem so lovely to me, you know what im talking about just a self-confidence thing i guess. how can i really focus on losing these?

    ummm...proper diet and cardio.

    uhh ive been dieting for almost 2 months now. my abs are inmy chest chizled but these dam love handles are in the way

    theres no magic to it, it's diet and cardio and if thats not working then up the intensity. The last bit is always the hardest.

    have you had your BF% checked?

    there is not a steroid or substance that you can take that will target a certain spot on your body to lose fat from. the only thing you can do is increase the amount of cardio you are doing and make sure your diet it perfect. what is your current diet like, can you kind of give me a "regular day?" Also tell me what your current lifting and cardio is like.

    yep diet and cardio is the only thing that will help you. at only 175lbs you shouldnt have that much fat, well hopefully.

    my over all bodys fat % is 9 percent, i'm a wrestler so i'm very well at maintaing my weight and consumption of food.

    i wake up and start off the day with this

    8 ounce EAS protein shake/ (3 times daily)
    grapefruit juice along with black coffee and bowl of wheat cereal

    run 1 1/2 mile before work.
    eat fish(all kinds) along with fibers

    and then after work i take my shake then i lift for 1 hour or untill i finish my workout, swim 25 laps around the pool atthe gym and then sit in the steam room.

    take protein shake, eat dinner usually my girlfriend has different pasta ready every day.

    is this diet wrong? its working well for me

    Seems like too much reliance on shakes only to me.... and also seems like right before bed is an odd time to carbo-load on a bunch of pasta

    well dinner for me is in between 6-7 and i hit the sack around 10 or 10 30

    if this were the case then you probably wouldn't be asking for help

    What he said is exactly the main points I wanted to point out.

    First off you want to be eating every 3 hours. The first meal should contain a carbs (old fashioned oatmeal works great for me 50 grams/carbs) and 40g lean protein source.

    The next time you want to have a carb source would be immediately before you work out and immediately after. You are trying to cut down so no fast absorbing carbs are warranted. Your total carb intake for the day should be no more than 150grams at this point in your diet. I personally love the no carb diet myself however but many don't (ketosis is awesome).

    You also want to have as many whole food sources as possible. Shakes are only for post workout and right before bed (casein).

    You should have around 50-60grams of fat in your diet and none combined with meals containing carbs or post workout.

    You need to have about 400grams protein total for the day.

    Cardio should be 45min day at about 130-140 heart rate. I do this on an incline treadmill. Do it twice a day if possible. I would suggest early morning on empty stomach and maybe 30 min right after your workout. On days you dont life incorporate HIIT for about 30 minutes. More than that and you are risking burning muscle.
