my over all bodys fat % is 9 percent, i'm a wrestler so i'm very well at maintaing my weight and consumption of food.
i wake up and start off the day with this
8 ounce EAS protein shake/ (3 times daily)
grapefruit juice along with black coffee and bowl of wheat cereal
run 1 1/2 mile before work.
eat fish(all kinds) along with fibers
and then after work i take my shake then i lift for 1 hour or untill i finish my workout, swim 25 laps around the pool atthe gym and then sit in the steam room.
take protein shake, eat dinner usually my girlfriend has different pasta ready every day.
is this diet wrong? its working well for me
