How much you American fellas pay for your meat? just wondering how ripped off we get over here.

3 pack of boneless, skinless turkey breast cost 6-9 bucks depending on weight
2 pack of ribeye goes for 15 bucks
groundbeef is around 8 bucks for 1-2 lbs.

$4-10/lbs for Siroloin or Ribeye steaks

As you know liquid amino is the shit like liquid egg whites,pure protein with no break down,this shit tastes so good,so when you combine this with a steak you can double its protein value.

You can get 1 kg (2.2lbs) bags of frozen chicken breasts in Asda and Tesco, for like £2.99.($6)

How much is Tuna in the US?

The value chunks are 28p ($0.5) a tin I believe here, you can get tuna flakes but it is actually inedible.

I think foods coming down quite a bit cos all the supermarkets are tryin to undercut each other.

In California I pay

$3 / lb chicken breasts (sometimes on sale for $2)
$4 / lb 96% lean ground beef
$5 /lb top round steak
$3.50 32oz egg whites (15 eggs)
$.69 6oz can of tuna

I find it odd that two 6 oz cans of tuna are almost always less expensive than 1 12oz can. You'd think larger quantity would be cheaper.
