    best cycle for weigh gain/keep gains ratio

    hey guys. can some experienced user out there give me a 8 - 12 week program, i want gains but i want gains that will last, whats the cycle for me? thanks. jojotheman

    Well Stats will help them and when you say cycle you mean Food & Gym?????

    And for step two I think you may get better resulta in the workout form.

    Personally i dont think you can go wrong with a sus and boldenone course. A good pct will help keep gains also. And is this your first cycle ?

    running compounds that are for cuting gives gains that is easyer to keep, not as much bloat/water also...

    but as said, diet, training and pct will decide if you keep gains or not.

    im 5'9", 175lbs, 13% body fat. this is my third cycle but my last consisted of deca sust and dianabol. hardcore

    2 cycles and 175lbs ?someone needs to look at there diet....

    test,deca,drol is a very good bulking cycle

    IMO, Diet and PCT will be the greatest determining factor with keeping the weight after cycle. With your stats and two cycles under your belt, something in your diet or workout is off.

    ok i will check my diet, but seriously? whats a good 8 - 12 week steroid cycle in which i will get best gains from

    As stated above you want a good form of test with either Boldenone or deca personally deca for bulking, and some dbol orals would go nice as all ready said.

    Just hit the sus an deca pal, its the classic bulking cycle.
    400mg deca weekly
    500mg sus weekly
    50mg d-bol ED

    Good bulking cycle. but please take peoples advice and firstly get the diet sorted. A good diet is the key when taking any steroid.

    everyone is different and react differently to different gear but for me nothing put on mass faster then test, d-bol and deca. as long as you keep the water down and run a good pct then you wont lose much

    You want gains that will last, so I'd personally leave alone the dbol and do a frontload of test and deca instead of it, run stack for 12 weeks, like this:

    1-12 Test 500mg/week - 1000mg first week
    1-10 Deca 400mg/week - 800mg first week
    11-12 Off
    13-17 PCT

    i always run a light dose of armidex and i dont gain much water so i always keep most of my d-bol gains
