weeks1-9test eth 500mg week
week10-11 test e 250 mg

No, I mean why not a steady dose, as in the same every week, not less weeks 10-11.

so like olny ten weeks of 500 then sounds good .

In other words, if you have enough for 250mgs for weeks 10 and 11, just combine them for 500 mgs and end it at 10 weeks. There's nothing wrong with and strong support for shorter cycles. Do that and then get your pct figured out. Whatever you are comfortable with.

pct starts 2 weeks after last shot of test e, and a stronger pct is in order than just clomid.
