Thread: Gyno / Bench Press Question

    Gyno / Bench Press Question

Quick Question. If I have a little bit of pseudo gyno (not fat behind the nipple, but fat accumulated in the breast area), should I avoid doing heavy bench press excercises. Won't doing chest excercises make the muscle larger, thereby pushing the fat on top of the muscle...out more. Am I being clear or no??? I dont need surgery yet but at some point it looks like I am going to.

It doesn't matter. If it's that bad already, you'll need surgery to get it removed anyways.

well if thats the case why dont you loose some of the fat so it dose'nt have that much fat to push out! whast your bf%? im dealing with gyno right now and i can notice it more because i lost alot of fat. but i rather be in shape than fat! your choice.

Will I be able to lose the chest fat? I was under the impression that if fat accumulated in the pecs you couldn't get it to go down. My body fat is around 15% i think.

I got a little gyno and losinf fat really improves the look of it for me. True tho, when I get pumped up it's a little more conspicuous. I just figured I'd bulk and deal with the look (cause it aint that bad) then put the tight shirts back on when I cut. It's a condition you have to live with you know

if its fats then just do cardio to reduce it. you dont have to get surgery unless its a lump.

Seeing as women with full on boobs lose them when they lose weight.......I'm guessing its safe to say that if you lose weight, so will YOUR boobs.

How can you tell the difference between breast FAT and breast Tissue? I am having trouble figuring out which one I have. I am pretty certain its tissue since Ive used AAS.

Fat can be comprssed. Breast tissue will be hard.

Well mine can be compressed so I hope its just fat that I can get rid of. I mean there are no hard lumps or anything, but I can still feel muscle underneath the fat.

its not going to matter,,,gyno looks much worse in someone who doesnt train chest IMO.
