Have you went to your user control panel to make sure that the enable pm's box is checked ???

several times yes i have sir but I will check it again. I used to own a vbull that I had on a site with over 7000 members so I do know about the PM turn on. I will go check right now and see if it was done in the evening. BRB...

WEll it is still not there so it cant be turned on. Also if you hit the drop down menu at the bottom of the page that says pms it will say you don't have permission to use them yet. SO to answer your question no its not in my CP and the option is not yet available to me. So again who do we contact, I have tried to contact everyone i can including the link to email admin but no response, what next?
