What is it I need to take to help with receptor regulation?

After an EC stack. Benedryl or something, right?

If yes, where can I purchase from?

    Thanks.

Do you know the recommended daily dosages for this purpose - Or is it simply following instructions on back of box?

So I checked out Benedryl at the local Boots pharmacy. 24 tabs (8mg per tab) for £8, which is around $14.

I'd need to take over six tabs a day!!!! That will cost a fortune.

I don't know how true this is but I've heard that PGF-2a and DNP do a good job at that. I don't know if you would wanna go that route though.

Hey Maverick_J8. Do they sell Unisom sleep gels in the UK? If so, that is an option.

I doubt you have this type of store, but in the US we have something called "the dollar store" and they sell 24 tabs of Diphenhydramine for $1 USD.

Dont thinkn they do bud. I'm going to get some Benedryl tomorrow. 50mg/day for two weeks. See how that goes.

Will cost a bit, but hopefully will do me good.

maverick are you in the UK?? im guessing so because you went to boots lol you have the wrong stuff Benedryl in the UK does not contain 50mg of diphenhydrmine, sleep ease in boots (own make) has the 50mg of diphenhydrmine in it and then take 1 tab every night think its £2.99 for a box which will do you for the week.
