hey im takin **EDIT**dbol 50 m/g pills who i got from a friend who gets from over seas and i was wondering what are the doses i should take for them. i was told that for the first week to take only half a pill a day (25 m/g) so the body can get used to it then after the first week take a full 50 m/g pill on workout days and then only half a pill (25 m/g) on non workout days to keep it in the blood stream. it seemed kinda weird to me that you would only take half amount on non workout days. is this correct information or should i really be taking a full 50 m/g even on non workout days as well?
