Where are you from? If you bought it at the vitamin store I doubt it's real nolva!
Yes if it is real, it is good for PCT.... 20mg ed usually recomended, list your cycle, it will help

What cycle did you run in which you are trying to run PCT for? It may sufficient for prohormones but definitely not any real steroid.

Most of that stuff is trash and in no way raises test levels above normal range. I believe there has been some tests ran on 6-OXO that proves it can lower estrogen but most products of this sort could not be used as PCT for a real cycle.

No, you need a real pct. All of which you can get on AR-R for cheap. Minimum nolvadex. I would go ahead and get an AI (personally like aromasin) and nolva/clomid and do it right. If you are going to spend the $ on the roids you might as well spend the money to keep your results. Read the PCT sticky as there are multiple great PCT routines out there.

Is this your first cycle? If so just run the test and drop the deca. Sounds like you need to do a little more research anyway. How old are you? Stats?

yeah just ask the buff spanish papi in the tight red shirt with his sleeves rolled up at GNC where the Nolvadex is. Should be right next to the Milk Thistle.

Your talking about Novedex XT. It is not the same as Nolvadex. I wouldn't rely on it for pct.

Not only that but I would not run Nolva only for a Deca PCT...

Next PCT I run will consist of HCG, Nolva, Clomid, Aromasin...

even though people dislike clomid, it seemed to help me.

it is supposed to do both. The active ingredients in novedex XT have been conclusively shown to be 100% non-anabolic and 100% non-androgenic by nature - active ingredients are naturally occurring and found in normal foodstuffs.

Sounds like you know more about the product than me, regardless though, it's not a good PCT, maybe it could be added to a SERM like Clomid or Tamox, but not good alone
