Hi, I am yet do my first cycle. i am 21 5'9 190 lbs. with 12-14%. I have been working out for two years solid now. I have nice pecs, however there is some fat on my lower chest that seems tough to get rid of. I have been like that for a lot of years now
1. How do I know if it is gyno? I don't feel a a solid lump or anything behind the nipple, could it be just fat? It got a little better when I started doing cardio, but winter came and i started buling again.
2. Should I try to get rid of it before my cycle or just go ahead with my first cycle anyway( test 500mg/EW 1-12, dbol 40mg ED 1-4, Nolv 20mg ED 1-12)?
3. I don't have unwanted fat sticking out anywhere, but there seems to be there in my chest.
4. But then the problem is when I start bulking, what if it comes back. what to do?
