I love this stuff, and I found a brand called healthy balance ruby red grapefruit. It claims to have 75% less sugar and is sweetened with splenda. The downfall is that it only contains 20% juice. It has 7 carbs per 8 oz.. 6 of which are sugar. Would you guys say this is better than regular grapefruit juice, and is it ok to have about a serving a day if I am on a cutting diet? Thanks.
