What does your injection rotation look like?

For a test only cycle, what would the best rotation be if always self injecting?

I go in the quads, back and forth....but I'm using Test Enan. I would think that if you were using prop you might need to bring the glutes into the mix.

All depends on frequency. I'll use quads, glutes (a little difficult by yourself), delts, bis and tris if the frequency is high enough.

Quads... no pain.. easy injection.. Easy to do-it-yourself IMO... back in the day i had my homie rotate from my delts to glutes... I always thought delts got super-pumped on shoulder day from delt injections.. who knows maybe good ol placebo effect!! Id like to do rear delt myself but seems as thou angle is too awkward to jab, aspirate, then inject without moving it around much... (plus my chest is so massive its hard for me to reach from one shoulder to another lol jk)

currently on sust 250 at 500mg a week (125mg eod). go left glute, right glute rear left delt rear right delt, back to gluts and then middle delts then glutes and then front delts going to throw bi's or get g/f to do lats to give glutes a rest as they are getting hit quite regularly, anyone shoot lats and if so painful? hate doing quads to much pain IMO.

i'll only do my cip alternating glute shots, the deca i'll go to quad, glute, then tricep,i tip my hat to those that shoot themselves,i tried a left quad once and the pin kept going in at an angle, that was enough for me.my ol lady shoots me,i think she just likes to stick me with sharp objects, she does a beautiful job.no blood,no mess!

for twice a week injections of cyp, seems kinda hard to do the glutes by yourself. I would be all set with just rotating thighs?
