I'll second that. After all, there are a bazillion threads on this already, if they aren't bright enough to search let them learn the hard way. Good call.

It is amazing how stupid or desparate these people are.......they do a quick search and go with the first one that comes up.......heck, most of these guys dont search at all........I personally love reading and researching about this stuff.....if we are going to put something in out bodies, we should want to know 110% about it, not just the basics........
