Side Numbness And Pain Omg!!!!

Ok heres the deal I did chest about 3 days ago and since then my Hip has been getting numb on the right side and yesterday it started shooting pain threw there omg what have I done even sitting herts.

think you may have tweaked a lower lumbar M8.........i think your sciatic nerve is being pinched alittle.........have a "hang-up" here in my house....when we get any kind of "shooters" we hang....straps your feet in and gradually tilts you upside down....like an easy traction.....gives things a chance to move back where they belong
