Ok well I am not using anything as of today, But My diet I will make up but I wasn't sure if I wanted to bulk or cut,
But for a cutting diet I will be going by these items.
Oatmeal, Tuna, Chicken, Brown Rice, Steak, egg whites.. and so on, I am going to sit down tomorrow and write out what I need to intake and so on, once I find out more ideas.
Now since I need to keep my mass that I have I was thinking about putting in some fish oil pills and flex seed.
Now for the rest of the way I am not sure, like for protein and amio and what not.
AND I know this isn't the work out forum but cardio 3 days a week 45mins and 3-4days a week pumping iron?
